Privacy Settings is a Chrome extension developed by rynu.smith that offers a convenient way to modify the built-in privacy and security settings of your browser. With this extension, all the settings are consolidated in one place, accessible through a toolbar popup.
The extension provides four different modes for altering the privacy settings. In the Manual mode, users can individually modify each setting according to their preferences. The Enhanced Privacy mode automatically adjusts settings to protect the user's privacy when visiting potentially risky websites. The Full Privacy mode aims to maximize privacy and security by implementing the highest possible level of protection. Lastly, the Default mode resets all settings to their factory defaults.
Privacy Settings offers protection in three main categories: network, services, and websites. It addresses various privacy concerns, such as webRTC leakage and first-party isolation. Additionally, it allows users to customize how cookies function.
